Kings Landing Park

  • You will get a booth number/location when you check in.
  • Starting Setup times begin at 8am Sunday morning and need to be completed, parked, and at the booth by 10:30am
  • We will have volunteers helping guide you to your booth.
  • We ask that each booth please contribute to the overall trash clean up by bringing your own trash bag for your items and please take it with you.
  • ENGAGE THE COMMUNITY WITH CREATIVE WAYS. Several booths last year found ways to draw people into learning about their resources. Have FUN!
  • Due to privacy and the ability to make authentic connections, booths will have space between them.

PARKING

  • Last year, we had several resources when dropping off items not move their cars quickly
  • VERY IMPORTANT to drop off and then go park.
  • The mobile units, trailers, food trucks really do need our participation in swiftly moving our vehicles.

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!
